Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. We offer FREE return shipping on all orders within the UK. To request a return, complete the Online Return Form or call our Customer Service team at Info@nagems.co.uk. We will email you a fully insured return label.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all product tags, free gifts, and certificates. The RMA number must be included. Returns will be processed within 2 to 4 business days after receipt. Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the items, and any additional charges will be communicated before processing. Returns requested after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for shipping. Refund Policy

Refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be credited to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. If you return part of an order, only the returned items will be refunded. Failure to return the free gift will result in a deduction for its value. No refunds will be issued for items that are damaged, modified, or worn. A GBP 150 deduction will apply if certificates are not returned with the product.
