Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. We offer free return shipping on all orders within the UK.

To request a return, please complete our Online Return Form or contact our Customer Service team at info@nagems.co.uk. We will email you a fully insured return shipping label.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all product tags, complimentary gifts and certificates. The Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number must also be included.

Returns will be processed within two to four business days of receipt. Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned items, and we will notify you of any applicable charges before processing your return.

Returns requested after the 30-day return period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Refund Policy

Refunds, excluding any original delivery charges, will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

When returning part of an order, only the value of the returned items will be refunded. If a complimentary gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will not be issued for items that have been damaged, altered, modified or worn. A deduction of £150 will apply if the relevant certificates are not returned with the product.
