At NaGems, we guarantee the quality of our jewellery with a Lifetime Warranty
against manufacturing defects. Each piece is handcrafted with premium materials
and thoroughly inspected.
Covered Services:
- Cleaning
- Re-polishing
- Gemstone and diamond tightening
- Re-Rhodium Plating
Not Covered:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence (e.g., bends, scratches, dents)
- Wear and tear, lost or missing stones/parts
- Natural imperfections or variations in metal/gemstone
- Repairs or alterations by jewellers other than NaGems will void the warranty.
For non-warranty services, return the product for inspection. Shipping charges are
your responsibility, but an insured shipping label is available for £35 plus taxes.
