We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom. All items are insured and trackable with the provided tracking number. Shipping fees, if applicable, are in Pounds (£).

Order Processing: Some orders may be randomly selected for security checks, which could delay processing until we receive any requested information.

Shipping dates are based on when your package leaves our department. Transit time is from shipping to delivery.
A specific delivery date is not available immediately, but you’ll receive a delivery window in the "Order Shipped" email.
You can select your preferred delivery date on the cart page.
Order Shipment:
Once shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. High-value orders may require a signature. An authorized person must sign for the package if you’re unavailable.
We don’t ship to PO boxes.
If shipping is delayed, we’ll inform you of the reason.
Exceptions to Delivery Timeline:
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are possible. NaGems is not liable for such delays or refunds. We’ll keep you updated if we learn of any delays.
Tracking Your Order:
Track your order using the tracking number from your confirmation email. Click here to track online.
Add our email to your address book and check your 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders for missed emails.
Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, call us at +44 800 0336 156 with your order number. We’ll try to stop it, but we may not be able to if the order is already in process. You can return the product if cancellation is not possible. For details, refer to our Return Policy here.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is included in the price for UK orders.
Returns:
Return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if you’re not satisfied.
Ring Resizing:
One free resizing is offered in the first year. Contact us at +44 800 0336 156 for arrangements.
For resizing after 30 days, you can pay for insured shipping or request a £35 insured shipping label.
International Shipping:
Orders are only for UK addresses.
We offer free, insured shipping to several countries if the order is placed in the local currency. For other countries, shipping is free for orders over £500; otherwise, it’s £30. Shipments use FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
NaGems reserves the right to change policies without notice.
