How to Request a Return

  1. Download the NaGems Online Return Form using the button below.
  2. Complete all required customer, order and product details.
  3. Email the completed form to info@nagems.co.uk.
  4. Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  5. For eligible UK returns, we will email you a fully insured return shipping label.

  6. Place the completed form and your RMA number inside the return package.

Before Returning Your Item

  • Please ensure that the jewellery is:
  • Unworn, undamaged and unaltered
  • Returned in its original NaGems packaging
  • Accompanied by all product tags
  • Accompanied by all certificates and documentation
  • Accompanied by any complimentary gifts received with the order

Please do not send your item before receiving your RMA number and return instructions from our Customer Service team.

Return Processing

Once your return has been received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item. Returns are normally processed within two to four business days after receipt.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any original delivery charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
