One free resizing is offered within the first year of purchase. The customer covers return shipping. This service is only available only in the UK.

Yes, we offer customised jewellery. Any design can be made in any metal, size, or gemstone. You can also submit your design.
Can I buy a loose diamond, gemstone, or setting without a stone?
Yes.
What is the NaGems Refund Policy?
Our refund policy allows for a product to be returned if it is in good condition and undamaged within two weeks of purchase. The customer is responsible for arranging the return delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed using the same payment method initially used for the purchase. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take 7-14 working days to be credited back to the customer.
What is Jewellery Appraisal and why is it important?
Appraisals provide stone details and are essential for insurance. They show the value difference between NaGems and market rates. All appraisals are done by GIA and IGI-certified gemologists.
